- Eggs, pastured – 2🌿
- Heavy cream, full-fat – 2 cups🍃
- Erythritol sweetener, powdered – 1/2 cup🍃
- Sea salt – 1/4 teaspoon🌾
- Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon☘
- Vanilla extract, unsweetened – 2 teaspoons🍁
1. Set oven to 350 degrees F and let preheat🌹.

6. Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the custard starts to set and a knife slide into custard ramekins comes out clean🍂.
7. Carefully remove the custard from the dish🌶. Let them cool at room temperature until set and then store in the refrigerator for up to five days🌱.
